Kenneth M. Trombly represents individuals and families in traumatic brain damage, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injury litigation. Licensed in the District of Columbia and in Maryland, he is one of only a dozen D.C. based plaintiff attorneys who are board certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy — an ABA-accredited certification based on documented jury trial experience, peer reviews, and a written examination. Devoting his career to the representation of seriously injured persons and their families, Ken is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In 2010, he was honored with the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award by the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. A former president of both that organization and the D.C. chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, he has frequently been invited to lecture other lawyers on successful civil trial advocacy of plaintiffs. For a number of years he has been one of a select group of D.C. catastrophic injury attorneys included in both The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Ken Trombly has consistently received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell (its highest) for over 25 years.
