Co-author of “Leveraging Practice Management to Drive Profitability and Market Position” and a frequent speaker, Wendy is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and a member of Chief, a network for women in executive leadership.

Joe has over 20 years of legal industry experience and is currently Chief Strategic Advisor to the Chair of McGuireWoods LLC. He has led marketing and business development at four Am Law 100 firms and was VP, Editor and Publisher at The American Lawyer. A former Wall Street lawyer, he holds a JD, an MA in American Literature from NYU and a BA from Colorado. A longtime officer with the Legal Marketing Association, Joe frequently writes and speaks on the business of law.

With over 25 years of experience in strategy, analytics and executive leadership, Patrick is the Chief Legal Strategist at ALM. He has worked extensively with law firms, legal departments and service providers to improve performance and drive growth. A frequent speaker and published author, Patrick has written over 200 articles and co-authored two books. He is a Fellow and Trustee of the College of Law Practice Management and a 2021 Fastcase 50 honoree.

Kevin Iredell is a seasoned marketing executive with deep legal industry experience. In 2024, he became Global Director of Marketing at Ropes & Gray. He has held senior roles at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, Greentarget Global Group and ALM Media, LLC. A Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and past President of the Legal Marketing Association, Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University and is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Elonide is the founder of Ravir, a brand experience consultancy focused on helping organizations strengthen client relationships and support growth. She previously led a branding firm for nearly 20 years, creating programs for law firms, schools and companies. Known for her practical insight and collaborative approach, Elonide offers thoughtful, actionable guidance to help teams refine their brand presence and create experiences that reflect their values and connect with the audiences they serve.

Lisa is Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Holland & Hart, where she leads firmwide strategies to drive growth, strengthen client relationships and elevate brand visibility.
