  • Class Action Litigation
    • Employment law class actions are legal actions initiated by a group of employees, known as the class, who have faced similar issues with their employer. Instead of each person filing separate lawsuits, one representative plaintiff is selected to act on behalf of the entire class. Combining multiple claims into a single lawsuit makes resolving legal disputes more efficient. If the case is successful, the court's judgment or settlement applies to all class members, with compensation or remedies distributed among them as decided by the court.
  • Employment Law - Individuals
    • Employment law covers a wide range of legal principles and regulations that shape the relationship between employers and employees. Employee rights laws are designed to protect workers from unfair treatment, discrimination, harassment, wage theft, and various other workplace violations.

As an employment rights law firm, we are dedicated to advocating for employees' rights. We offer legal representation and guidance to individuals dealing with employment-related issues. Our firm assists clients in understanding their rights, navigating complex laws and regulations, and seeking legal remedies when their rights have been violated. We strive to achieve justice and fair treatment for clients who have experienced discrimination, harassment, wage theft, wrongful termination, and retaliation for whistleblowing.

  • Litigation - Labor and Employment
    • When a hospital, bank, or other large employer deprives one worker of fair wages, it may indicate that many workers are facing similar injustices. If an employer's practices infringe on the rights of multiple employees, they can be held responsible through a class action lawsuit. The Blankenship Law Firm has litigated many class actions against large employers in the Seattle area. If you and your coworkers believe you have grounds for legal action against your employer, contact our team to learn more about class actions.
