Cristel Chabot-Lapointe

Cristel Chabot-Lapointe is a partner within the Corporate/Commercial law group. Cristel mainly advises and represents clients in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.

Cristel is actively involved in the community. She is a member of the Nouvelle Génération committee of Réseau Capital. She is also a member of the board of directors of Maison Plein Cœur. Maison Plein Cœur is a non-profit organization whose mission is to prevent illness while contributing to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS.
