Kinga is an experienced insurance lawyer working in our Commercial Insurance team, specialising in CTP. She approaches litigation from a commercial perspective and strives to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

What she does

Throughout her career, Kinga has specialised in insurance litigation with a focus on personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents. Kinga has particular expertise in managing catastrophic claims, and matters involving complex medical causation issues and allegations of fraud and severe exaggeration.

Who she works with

Kinga works with several major CTP insurers, predominantly QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited.

Qualifications

Kinga holds a Bachelor of Management (International Business) from the University of Lethbridge and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney.

Life before Sparkes

Kinga has over nine years’ experience as a commercial insurance lawyer from various firms. Before joining Sparke Helmore, she worked at Curwoods Lawyers for almost two years. Before that, she was a solicitor at Drexler Litigation Lawyers acting on behalf of injured persons.

Life outside of Sparkes

Kinga has a young toddler keeping her on her toes. She takes every opportunity to get outdoors to enjoy the sunshine, and enjoys keeping active, travelling and spending time with family.
