Quentin Lageix

Quentin Lageix is a lawyer in the Tax group. His practice encompasses all aspects of tax law. More specifically, Quentin advises clients on transactional taxation, international taxation and tax planning matters.

Quentin participates in developing and implementing complex tax strategies. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.

Quentin holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université de Montréal and a a master’s degree in Canadian tax law from HEC Montréal. Before joining Fasken, Quentin practised with an international law firm.
