Samuel Robichon is a litigator with a particular focus on insurance law and liability matters. He handles construction, professional liability, product liability, transportation, and general commercial litigation matters. He also provides coverage opinions and regulatory advice to insurers and other members of the insurance industry.
Samuel has taught insurance law (DRT-3201) at the law school of Université de Montréal, to second and third year students. Samuel has also been invited as a guest lecturer at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), to discuss suretyship and insurance contracts.
