Bryan Green

In 2025, Bryan Green started his own firm after spending almost ten years leading the trucking and catastrophic injury section at one of the oldest and most revered plaintiff law firms in the country.

His practice continues to focus on trucking cases but also includes premises liability, product liability, and other cases involving serious injuries. He has experience representing clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spine and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful deaths.

Bryan is an experienced trial attorney who has obtained multiple multi-million-dollar trucking verdicts. He’s a member of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 and Trucking Top 10. Most recently, he’s been recognized by LawDragon’s list of 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers in 2023 and 2024, Best Lawyers in 2025, and Forbes’ list of Best Dallas Truck Accident Attorneys in 2024.

Prior to representing plaintiffs, Bryan defended commercial truck drivers and trucking companies on the defense side. This experience gives him a keen perspective when it comes to understanding the interests of both sides of the docket and all angles when investigating & evaluating a case.

Bryan is licensed in Texas but also has handled cases around the country, including Louisiana, Florida, Kentucky, California, Oklahoma, and Ohio. He received his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Denver. When not practicing law, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids’ activities, and traveling. Up until the nonsensical trade of Luka Doncic, he was an avid fan of the Dallas Mavericks.
